Fare and booking policiesWhat should I have ready for an airport booking?
Your terminal, pickup date and time, destination, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport pickup, add your flight number. The form also requires a phone number and email address.
What if my flight arrival changes?
Include your flight number when requesting the pickup. If your plans change, call with the trip details so dispatch can review the arrangements. A flight number does not guarantee that a driver can wait through an extended delay.
Can I request more room or a baby seat?
Yes. Add your passenger and bag counts and request a baby seat where needed. Maxi accommodates up to seven passengers; an 11 seater and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available by request. Dispatch confirms the suitable vehicle and availability.
How do fares and payment work?
The form shows the available payment options, including Card (pay to driver). It does not show a fare estimate or take an online card payment. Ask dispatch about the fare before travel. Read our fare and payment policies for details.
Is my ride confirmed when I submit the form?
The thank-you page appears while the request is sent. If sending fails, we show an error. Dispatch reviews saved requests and confirms acceptance and driver availability. Call if a change is time-sensitive.
