Cancellation policy

To change or cancel a booking request, call 1300 631 220 or email book@silverairporttaxi.com.au as early as possible so dispatch can review it and reassign a vehicle if needed. For an urgent change, please call.

We do not charge a website cancellation fee in the current booking flow. Driver or operator terms may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Dispatch may also cancel a request where it cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, the requested service is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or there are safety or operational concerns.
